  Outstanding customer service, prompt response to every inquiry... dealing with Jackie at Hamilton Fox & Company has elevated my opinion of the insurance industry. Jackie not only shopped policies for us to save money, she also reviewed policies that we have with another insurance company. Even though that policy was not eligible for renewal yet, Jackie discovered ways for us to save money. Thanks Jackie for being our all time favorite insurance professional.

  Jackie Iglesias is an amazing employee. She took the time to help me solve an issue and saved me a big headache. I did not expect her help as it was my issue to solve. She definitely went above and beyond. People like this don't exist in this day and age. I could not thank her enough. I also learned a lesson about being patient and faithful. I hope that upper management recognizes Jackie's work ethic. Thank you Jackie for going above and beyond. A huge weight has been lifted because of your amazing dedication to customer service. I also want to ad that Linda Kelly was equally wonderful. She didn't know who I was, but she scrambled on a Friday after noon to get me set up. She is another employee that has always gone above and beyond to help me. Please.recognize her for her outstanding dedication to customer service. If it wasn't for her urgency and commitment, I would be in a terrible bind. She is excellent . Thank you Linda for your help when ever I call you.again you go above and beyond. I am very pleased
